Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are levied when guests cancel their confirmed reservations. The costs of the cancellation fees will escalate the closer the guest cancels to their departure date.

At Sublime Wilderness Odyssey our penalties escalate as per the information below:

• The initial deposit payment is non-refundable once paid (ie.: 35% deposit)
• Should cancellation be made more than 90 days prior to departure, the initial nonrefundable deposit will be forfeited. (i.e.: 35% deposit)
• Should a cancellation be made between 60 and 90 days prior to departure, the initial 35% deposit, plus an additional 20% of the total travel costs will be required and forfeited. (i.e.: 55% of full payment)
• Should a cancellation be made less than 60 days prior to departure, 100% of the original price will be forfeited (i.e.: payment in full)
• Prior to confirming the booking, each guest is urged to take out comprehensive travel, medical, cancellation, curtailment and default insurance for the duration of their trip. We are not in any way responsible for your insurance requirements.
• We will not be held responsible for any guest travelling without insurance.
• This cancellation policy applies should the guest fail to join or start their safari/journey for any reason, including airline delays or missed connections. Please ensure adequate travel insurance is in place for this possibility.
